I don’t have a background in programming, so it was vital for me to find a programme that provides in-depth instruction. It’s kind of surreal to look back at my journey of progress with EPAT. I went from having no idea how to write a line of code to acquire the skills needed to develop a custom backtest engine for strategy development, and finally, to build algorithms for automation.

Having passed Level 3 of the CMT program, I was excited to add Quant theories and strategies, including machine learning, to my knowledge base. The expert practitioners who curate EPAT’s educational content not only provide exceptional insights but practical, real-world applications.

Moreover, what I believe makes EPAT unique from any other programme is the culture and the people representing the organization. The dedicated support during the programme and even after becoming part of the alumni is outstanding. Thank you all so much for your devotion to my development. I have done the EPAT course by QuantInsti. This course has helped me understand all the basic technical skills required for different financial exchange-traded instruments that I need to understand for trading and investment.

I get great confidence now in building my own strategy and checking its edge by backtesting on python or excel. The EPAT course had been a great building block toward developing my expertise in areas of Quant and Algo Trading, in addition to learning the newer concept of Machine and Deep Learning for Trading.

From the very first day in the certification, the course lectures and coordinators were excellent and the support was very helpful. Especially some of the lectures are taught by known practitioners in the area of Quant Trading / Python like Dr Ernie Chan and Dr Yves Hilpisch, respectively.

The course takes you through basic to advanced algo trading concepts and practical deployment examples. The course has been very helpful for me in understanding and developing my own Machine Learning Strategies using Python.

The course also helped me in further developing my skills in Linux based Cloud infrastructure/setup and enhancing my expertise in Python coding using Visual Studio IDE.

First of all, I am delighted to provide the feedback on the EPAT course and feel absolutely honoured to be associated with the QuantInsti. Its not possible to summarise the wonderful experience I have had in few lines but I will try my best to capture some key points from all aspects:

Course Content: First of all, it all boils down to the EPAT course as every thing is derived from the course content. Course content is very practical and applicable to industry standards. With the ever changing industry landscape, QuantInsti team has made ensured that course content is kept updated and relevant. Availability of recorded sessions is very helpful to brush up the knowledge. EPAT course makes student ready to take the world of algo trading head on.

Faculty: Faculty which is teaching the various topics is also hands on and extremely knowledgeable. Faculty members are always available to solve any queries or issues from students. Guidance provided by faculty members is extremely valuable to solve the real world problems.

Placement Cell & Alumni Service: Placement service and Alumni service are the best in class. I have had the experience first hand to deal with some of the amazing people in the team and to name a few Deepa and Rahul. They are extremely helpful and I have never seen them in any kind of rush. They are always there to listen and understand the unique situation of each student to they can help them as quickly and as efficiently. For me, entire support team is just like family who are always there for me.
